Palette at Goldie King West Toronto

Our Palette dinner series was inspired by our first ever trip to Paris. We went for dinner at a restaurant called Le Matignon. The venue was dimly lit and filled with all sorts of interesting people and characters. Everyone was relatively young and dressed very classy yet cool, while eating, drinking, mingling and dancing in between tables to hip hop.

At that time, we had never seen a restaurant atmosphere like that. We had the most amazing dinner experience and said to each other that we we have to bring that vibe back home!

Palette was created as a way for us to share our dining experiences from our travels. We wanted a place for our close friends, family and colleagues to feel what we felt. Of all the Palettes we've held, this past one was the most accurate representation of that special Parisian night years ago.
