Day 3 in Hong Kong and the team started off the day early. We met up with some of our friends at Hypebeast @hhyyeung @zzzzzarah @immaslicknick on HK Island to shoot an editorial featuring our new SS 17 collection.
After a few hours of shooting, we decided to grab a drink. If you know the team, we always opt for an open rooftop given the chance. We headed to a private member-only tapas bar located on the 32nd floor of EAST Hotel. We sipped on a "Rocket Rise" (REMY VSOP, Apple Syrup, Lipton & Lemon) and the "East Side" (Botanist, Cucumber, Mint & Lemon) till the sun went down.
After sunset, we headed deeper into the Wan Chai discrict to Ophelia. A beautiful bar designed by Ashley Sutton. Influenced by the whimsy of peacock feathers, you literally get lost in the ambiance of this bar. The cocktail menu matched the decor of the venue and so did the entertainment. This is a definite go to if you're out on a date in Hong Kong. If you head to Ophelia, ask for the Assistant Manager Tadhg or Bar Tender JD and let them know we sent you. They'll take care of you- they might even share their off menu specials with you.
To keep the night going we met up with our friends from early to celebrate @immaslicknick 's birthday. This was probably our favourite venue of the whole trip ... a food court. Tung Po is a seafood restaurant located in North Point HK.
"Rowdy, cafeteria-style venue offering a seafood-centric menu of classic Hong Kong grub & beer."
and that's probably the best way to summarise it. Throughout the night we ate and drank to our hearts desire as we bumped our own music. Throughout the night as we pounded back HARBIN Ice our of bowls we found ourselves moonwalking with the locals down the wet floors of the food court. We pretty much treated it is as if it was Lost and Found on a Monday- but it's okay everyone in there right down to the server was turnt up. After being there for over 3 hours, we all headed over to Hong Kong party district Lan Kwai Fong (LFK) to participate in 7 AM last call ...
